Understand customer needs, commercial drivers, and operational realities to create clear, actionable requirements. Work closely with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and engineering teams to ensure solutions drive measurable outcomes while balancing user experience, operational efficiency, and commercial impact.
Turning interfaces into positive user experiences
Contribute to the creation of intuitive, practical, and scalable digital and hardware products. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and designers to turn user needs and business requirements into polished interfaces and thoughtful user experiences within a product-led SaaS environment.
Designing systems that scale
Recommend, design, and implement robust POS solutions for MyVenue, tailored to customers operational and back-office needs. Partner with venue operators and internal teams, to ensure every deployment is scalable, reliable, and aligned with the MyVenue’s product vision.
Driving projects from start to finish
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, aligning product, engineering, and business teams. Remove blockers, manage risks, and enable teams to perform at their best, ensuring every project is delivered with clarity, momentum, and accountability.
Connecting systems with precision
This role ensures MyVenue’s products integrate seamlessly into diverse customer and partner ecosystems. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and venue operators to simplify processes, accelerate time‑to‑value, and uphold technical and product standards, helping build scalable and future-ready integration capabilities.
